In-store pickup
In-store Pickup is available on all products. To advise us that you would like to collect your purchase and to remove the postage fee (if any) please enter the code PICKUP at the checkout. Enter PICKUP in the ‘Discount code or gift voucher’ box and click the ‘Apply’ button. We will then prepare your purchase for collection from Hiscocks Saddlery 167 Crawford Street, Queanbeyan NSW.
Shipping delivery times
We ship within Australia via Australia Post.
As we ship all over Australian expected shipping times can range between 2 to 10 days depending on your location.
Christmas delivery cut off
Based on information on the Australia Post website we recommend that, for your order to arrive in time for Christmas, the following order cutoff dates apply for orders being sent to metro locations.

For orders being sent outside a metro area, please allow additional time.
We do not ship orders outside Australia.
Damaged or lost goods
If goods are damaged or lost in transit, please notify us. This rarely happens but if it occurs, we will deal with Australia Post to resolve the problem. Please notify us before returning damaged goods or if your goods have not arrived in a reasonable time frame.
Out of stock
Our stock levels are updated on a regular basis but there may be occasions where someone in our shop front has purchased a product, and the website has not updated before you have ordered it. If this occurs, we will notify you within one business day. If we cannot re-stock the product in a timeframe that is acceptable to you, we will refund your payment.
